A Breton mermaid at heart, I’m a sports educator and former monofin world champion. My passion for the sea—especially the ocean—comes from my grandfather and my roots.
The ocean is a world of its own, with its unique fauna, flora, sounds, and rhythm—so different from what we know on land. It’s a source of joy and serenity, and offers us a deep connection to ourselves, to others, and to nature.
That’s why I created a range of courses, workshops, and professional trainings to help others experience the wellbeing and beauty of being underwater.
My love for travel and adventure led me to Lanzarote, where I opened my first freediving school and taught for 4 years. I then felt a deep call to explore the heart of the oceans: the Pacific.
This is what brought me to Moorea, a place full of history and natural treasures, where I now teach and share my passion.Professional certifications

Passionate about the ocean and teaching, Thomas has been instructing in both freediving and scuba diving for over 10 years, with a calm and structured approach to learning.He has worked in iconic locations such as the Bay of Villefranche-sur-Mer and deep pools, where he has guided hundreds of students—beginners, advanced divers, and even champions—with patience and precision.
Today, he is the lead instructor for the official French State Freediving Instructor Certification (BPJEPS freediving), where he trains the next generation of freediving professionals.His natural calm and technical expertise make him an ideal guide to help you dive deeper, with confidence, control... and joy.

A fish at heart, I grew up in Greece, inspired by the rhythm of the sea and the passion of my marine biologist parents.
The ocean quickly became my playground—then my place of transmission.Trained in the Canaries, Greece, and Polynesia, I chose Moorea to lay down my fins and share a vision of freediving that is accessible, mindful, and connected.
What I love most about teaching is seeing students overcome their own limits, gain confidence and autonomy, and open up to the incredible richness of the underwater world.
